I am thankful for the exercises and plan toward my recovery. Dr. Duncan is very patient with me and encouraging. I have finished my exercise plan with Dr. Duncan on Monday. With the ability to work through my exercise and feel the effects on my low back and hip improve! Wow. My time was well spent! Now I’ll be at the gym 2-3 days a week. Take care of ME first
