Patio cover is good quality but the rep who sold us on it didn’t get a permit (when they aren’t supposed to build without one) and now they are saying it would be $1200 where other companies would charge $200. Even when asking about how to get it, Now when trying to reach out Every time Tom says he will call back and asks me to text him but never hear back.
Everyone I’ve talked to has been completely satisfied !
Elite came out to my Mom-In-Law's Menifee home and completely removed her 20 year old moldy, leaky, dark, ugly patio cover. They replaced it with a beautifully well lit, well cooled, inviting cover that makes her entire back area look great! Thank you so much for being a company we can gladly refer to our family and friends!
