This is a class 'A' operation. I had to have a table top replaced due to a crack. No problems. I took picture showed it to the owner, and got a new one. I bought the table 10 years ago and the warrenty is good for 20. The owner is professional and pleasant to do business with.
We purchased a patio set we saw in the showroom in Lemoyne, 5 years ago. We love it. It still looks like new. The bottom rail to the swivel rocking chairs split. I asked about repair and they replaced the whole bottom of both chairs at NO CHARGE! Really fine furniture that lasts with unbelievable service after the sale.
FACT: The materials cost 200% more than any place else and the guy that manages this store is extremely arrogant, condescending and pompous...
