They simply do not value the customer, they have the ability to change this review, but we’ll see what they do. Their follow through is absolutely non-existent. They built and “maintain” our pool if you can even call it that. They told me they could accommodate a schedule that they haven’t , simply because of poor management and communication. My wife & I had a recent water main pipe break that leads to our Trilogy of Vistancia home which required a portion of our paved walk way to be replaced. Elite Outdoor Designs was recommended to us by one of their competitors after informing us that it was not a big enough job for them to complete. After calling and talking with Stephanie at Elite Outdoor Designs, our walkway pavers were professionally replaced within a couple weeks.
