I hired Elite Outdoor Design and Construct to completely finish the garden for my house after it was built. I am disabled, so I was very clear in my communication with them that the entire garden needed to be finished, and very low maintenance. They quoted a very high price, but if they did a good job in a timely fashion, I was happy to pay. Unfortunately, there were many delays in the process.
