Diane and Carlos were very sympathetic Tgank
The local team was great. I understand they don't do the items in house but once I got my impressions done, I felt very brushed off being told its out of our hands, your not the only one and we are.notnthe only facility they deal with where ever they send them too. Two months later I am still waiting. In my opinion there should be aome kind of status thay can be given besides we will call you. Two months later and nothing. So yes I do call often in hopes that the office can light a fire under the supplier. Smh
Carlos And Diane were amazing from the get go. Professional and very kind. Carlos was super knowledgeable and answered all my questions after my surgery.
I am walking again!!! Thanks to Carlos and the staff for creating my complicated Orthodics. Incredible craftsmanship and attention to detail.
