I walked out, shaking with emotion, with the impression that I had experienced fear-mongering to 1) get me to pay a lot (around $9,000 for phase 2 braces and all the other intense stuff) and maybe 2) as a consequence that I turned them down for phase 1. Let’s assume that the Doctor was not trying to scare-pressure me out of my money.
