They took a 50% deposit, no showed, had poor communication, and still have not returned the deposit more than 30 days later having not provided the service.
Phillip was professional and kind. He was able to accommodate and resolve the issue quickly. Will definitely use again.
Phillip was friendly & very knowledgeable. His pricing was better than any other place I had called. It took 2 hours and he even fixed some duct work that was put in wrong by whoever installed it. Overall, I was very impressed & would highly recommend Elite Optimim Energy to everyone.
