Called Thursday for a pickup at our shop. We missed the Thursday pickup, they said Friday. Friday comes around and I had to call them, they inform me their driver didn't come in and they will pick it up Monday. Monday comes around and I hear nothing, I called more than once and left messages. Nothing. My customer comes in, not upset at us but asked if Elite was the place we were sending his wheel. RecommendedThe only place I'd trust to have wheels repaired. Their quality of work, communication, & services are top class. I brought some discontinued wheels to them that needed some bends and cracks repaired. they made them look brand new.

Just had the rims of my ‘06 GMC Canyon restored back to the factory finish. Very professional when taking the tires off, an putting back on. Considering the condition when they left, and the shine when they returned, I couldn’t be happier. Would recommend to anyone looking to have their vehicle rims restored. Thank you Elite.

Overnight repairs for bent wheels! With the horrendous roads around here this place is wonderful. I had one bent and one curbed wheel repaired and they as good as new. Friendly, quick and fair pricing. Very impressive array of services available. I wish they were around a few years ago when I had to replace wheels rather than easily getting them fixed!
I dropped my vehicle off for a quick fix for a decent amount of curb rash. Was finished and picked up the next day. Overall the wheel came out good! The manager was up front with me and explained to me there was a small amount of dry spot in the paint and even him showing me I couldn’t really see it. Only minor issue I had was they forgot to put my TPMS back in and being I had to have it somewhere right away I couldn’t return it to be replaced. Not the end of the world. Overall would use again. Thank you!
Stay away from this shady business. 3 wheels repaired. Paint finish was poor, one wheel wasn’t even the same color. Kept a tpms sensor and said “ we’re pretty sure it’s in the wheel.” it wasn’t . Truly incompetent service. I work at an automotive dealership in the service department as a technician. The fact that they sent a wheel back with a tire mounted and a regular valve stem knowing the wheel was given to them with the tpms sensor intact is insulting and costly. Beware don’t be their victim.
