Doctors are great! But they ask for your credit card and put it on file and they charge without your authorization, I think it’s fraud!
DO NOT GO HERE!!! I scheduled an appointment with a lady that could barely speak english. She kept getting my name wrong, asked me 4 times for my address, email. etc. I book an appoint for 9/15. Showed up on 9/15 and was told my appointment was NEXT MONTH. I said I would never had made an appointment 1 month out. So the office manager called me back and made an appt the next day 11:05. I have been to the office before and have received good treatment. This year I have made an appointment and received a call from reception to verify my insurance information. I advised the woman that I will obtain it at a later time as I am in the middle of my work day. She rebuttled the answer said:”whatever” sighted very loudly and hand up on me. Is this a good phone etiquette for a doctors office?
