Real ingredients, good people, nice atmosphere. Also one of the few places anywhere that actively pays attention to the keto community
Michaela and Seth are so knowledgeable and care about their customers! Their protein shakes are amazing and make a perfect meal after a good workout. I know that what they provide they have done major research on.
Was our first time there and they did not disappoint. These are sooo good, so get the 32 oz for the extra couple bucks.

I love this place! Michaela is friendly and knowledgeable. Plus the smoothies are always amazing. I got here twice a week at least as a meal replacement or for a post workout snack. Highly recommend if you haven’t been here!
FIVE STARS! they have THE BEST smoothies!!! So healthy but SO good!!! not over icy and blended sooo well, they never get watery or separate. The bullet proof coffee is to die for, actually TO LIVE FOR!!! Not only a smooth wake up but blended with MCT oil or Healthy fats.... perks u up and adds to health too! They even have talks on the latest health news. THE BEST!
