“Me and my sister went to the nail salon to get the exact same pedicure. Same service, nothing different. The lady who did mine completely rushed through it — skipped steps, didn’t use oil or alcohol spray, didn’t massage or take her time. She yanked at my cuticles and made me uncomfortable, then ran to the back as soon as she was finished.
