beautiful nails but my gems fell off and multiple nails broke within 2 days. in the first week i had these nails i had to come back 3 times for broken nails and missing gems. the third time they charged me and said it was my fault the nails kept breaking. i’ve never had this happen before and ive had longer nails in the past. i won’t be coming back
0/5 I had an amazing experience at Elite Nails & Spa in Calgary three years ago, but my recent visit was an absolute disaster. The quality has seriously gone downhill. They damaged my nails and didn’t even remove my old nail polish properly. After paying, I noticed the poor job and went back to ask them to fix it. The girl tried to “fix” it by shaving my nails down to paper-thin, which made things even worse.
