not sure if they gave me a new hire or what but they did me so dirty a week before my best friend's wedding i had sent them the reference pics beforehand so they knew what i was going in for... i had to get them redone somewhere else (shape was what i did request, at least)

I got the builder gel did not like how bulky it is, which I get since it’s a lighter color but it’s uneven through out the nail just got it done yesterday and already chipping. Service was great from the lady doing my nails I didn’t get a name she was nice. BUT at checkout i was harassed to tip from a different tech before I even paid (which i always tip at nail salons so that was great) just meh nails for the price i paid 60, they did fit me in last min so that was nice. Won’t be returning though.

I just did my nails today, and when I got home I realized they already looked like I’d been wearing them for a while because the space between the cuticle and the polish was huge. I liked the color and everything, but the shape made my nails look pretty bad. I felt really disappointed, especially after paying $70. However, after I came back and explained my concerns, they fixed the nails, and now they look great. I appreciate that they listened to my complaint and corrected the work.
