Walked into this place because we were close by. Hadn’t been before. My girl and I got Mani/pedi gels. A wonderful experience. Definitely going back and asking for John again. Superb!!! No wait. Pedis were great but haven’t taken our socks off yet for a pic. Can’t wait to go back in March and get my birthday discount! edit to add: I really think this place is true to its name… elite! The amount of care that went into my mani/pedi by John was literally like none I had seen before. Thorough, patient, above and beyond.

Awful..past 3 times was such a let down in their service .Had a appointment at 6 didnt get seated until 6 :38 ..no apologies i asked for a simple design and ended up totally different than inspiration pic I provided..Gave them 3 more chances they blew it won't be back

I’ve been here several times and really enjoyed my past experiences and my nails each time, except for today.. My daughter and I each got manicures today and left feeling very disappointed. We each showed pictures of the nails we wanted and picked out the colors with the lady at the front desk. The lady doing my nails insisted I change the base color that I had picked out to a different color which made it completely different from my inspo picture.
