I really love doing my nails with susan , she’s great and she takes her time to make them look amazing thank you susan highly recommend
The person doing my nails is in rush .She forgot to remove cuticles and then she removed it after finishing the nails .It was hurting so I stopped her after couple of fingers.while filing the nails she was doing it so ruff that my fingers start scraping . The polymer is under my nail and it hardened there. I am really disappointed by their quality of work.
Please don't ask me to tip. When I receive service worthy of a tip, I have no problem doing so. Tipping isn't a requirement. It's a courtesy. I don't get tips for my job but I chose the job so that's that. Then I'm told to use my card to pay $10 for the polish change that I'll be charged $10. That won't ever happen. As soon as I said I'd go to Walgreens, suddenly they can take my card. I'm sure because you can't possibly trust that I 'll come back with your $10. The lady who changed my polish was cool enough.
