The tools they use are not cleaned in between clients. I was appaled when I watched the woman who had just finished my pedicure walk to another station and start using the same tools she had just used on me on the next client. She also was very rough and used the scrub to massage my legs. I will never go back.
I have gone to elite nails in fort Lupton since it open but the last few times left me questioning my own decision to shop local! Yesterday's service or lack there of has brought me to decide that I will go out of town for my next set of nails! I understand wanting to speak in your own language but when you are taking care of a customer it would be respectful to speak so that everyone can understand what's being said.
