This place is HORRIBLE! I came on August 18,2020! I paid $100 it took them 2 secs to take my money off my card but it’s taking them days to fix my nails! I paid extra for rhinestones my rhinestones came off in 2 hours after I got them done! I came back the very next day and they dismissed me and was very rude!!! They gave me my $10 for the rhinestones but I didn’t care about that all I wanted was my nails fixed! Then the very next (today) while I’m at work my thumb nails both broke!! I will never go to this place again! The lady in station 3 didn’t even bother to wash her hands before she serviced me her hands were full of dust ...her station was dirty I had dust all over me!!! She cut my skin on the side of my finger. The last two times I went there I was only charge $27 for a fill-in she charged me $35 and when I questioned her she tried to tell me I was wrong even though I have the proof of receipt!!! Poor customer service! I was there well before another customer and the one of the techs argued that the other person was there before me. Told the manager and she wouldn't rectify the situation.
My fingers are on FIRE. The lady who did my nails kept filing my skin with the machine and the nail file. Didn’t apologize once the several times I brought it to her attention. She seemed irritated as if her skin was being filed down. Also, there’s nail polish all around my nails. I really wish I would’ve gotten her name. I never had a experience like this before. Worst nail experience ever.
