The issue with this so-called "spa" is that it really isn't a spa at all. It's just a regular nail salon. While the nails are done adequately, it lacks the extra touches that set other nail salons apart. Typically, you would expect a hand massage with lotion or even someone working on your neck, but here, it's simply about getting your nails done. On a Sunday afternoon 2 hours before closing , after they agreed to do my manicure and pedicure, I was told after the manicure I should go somewhere else or come another time for my pedicureThey were very short staffed, but it’s not the first time they were shortstaffed. I left in the middle of the manicure, and I will never go back.

Did a pretty great job the first time. Went back, called ahead, made appointment for 6 pm, drove 30 minutes, got there couple minutes after 6, place was empty, one customer, 2 elderly staff, staff was confused/unclear what I wanted, said they could do the pedi and then “we can talk about” the mani, I asked multiple times for clarification if they could do both mani/pedi as they had last time, they finally said come back tomorrow, no apology, kept pressing me to pick an appointment time tomorrow with again, no apology.
