The main take away from this is their poor hygiene. One of the male workers was running around coughing up a lung basically and not wearing a mask. That salon literally made my wife and I sick with Bronchitis the same week of visiting. The only success of this trip into the shop was that they did the job of a full set of nails for my wife. They came out decent but had to be cut back at another salon as they were too long to be functional for her job. Won't use that salon again. Sorry, but I have to be honest.

I just moved here and I am deaf, I use a z5 interpretation platform to call to make an appointment, they hang up every time my interpreter says they are interpreting. So I would call back without saying they are interpreting and they would constantly say that they are not available for an appointment for weeks. Those two are so unprofessional and are beyond rude. I am paying for a service and don’t expect to be treated so rudely. I won’t be returning again. Neither know how to talk to customers. One star is too kind.
