I just moved here and I am deaf, I use a z5 interpretation platform to call to make an appointment, they hang up every time my interpreter says they are interpreting. So I would call back without saying they are interpreting and they would constantly say that they are not available for an appointment for weeks. Those two are so unprofessional and are beyond rude. I am paying for a service and don’t expect to be treated so rudely. I won’t be returning again. Neither know how to talk to customers. One star is too kind.
