My experience at this salon was absolutely unacceptable. We had scheduled an appointment in advance, but when we arrived, they took walk-ins who came after us and made us wait for over 2 hours. There was no sense of respect for our time. The male staff member, in particular, was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I politely asked if he could do our mother’s pedicure first, he snapped, “Do you want your nails done or should I deal with other customers? Jayden is the BEST! I’m always happy with the work she does. She always exceeds the designs I want.
I've been going here for over a year and they never disappoint. I usually get gel x nails and a gel pedicure. Prices are good and they are very good at designs too. Staff is very friendly and talented! I will keep coming back and highly recommend.
Loved how the pedi and mani were able to be done at the same time which cut my time at the salon down. Really nice manager of the establishment.
