My wife and I recently bought a new to us motorhome from Elite and there customer service was excellent. Great people. We love our new purchase.
We recently purchased a Volvo toter home from the folks at Elite. They assisted us in arranging for financing on the amount we could not cover through a local bank. The people I spoke with were very friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. We have had a few quirks with the unit, but nothing that is unexpected from a camper that is this old. Most dishonest company I’ve ever dealt with. They tried to charge me shipping fee after I placed an order and got a paid receipt that showed free shipping. Then when I cancelled my order they did not refund my full amount. This is the response.
