Bought a truck an literally next day 3 cylinder missfired. Took it up to them an they blew me off. I bought all new plugs an coils an still gave me run around on putting them in. This place is horrible to buy a use vehicle from. They basically treat u as a sale an if it breaks as soon as u leave the lot the its on you. Which is messed up cause the truck i bought plugs are burnt out. This wasn't checked under there inspection they preech about. Elite towing was very prompt and polite. They got to me in 20 minutes. They called to tell me they were on my street so I could direct them to the correct parking lot. The driver was polite and answered all my questions. I would definitely refer this company to my family and friends. Thank you Elite.
