We bought a 2015 Acura, drove off the lot for less than 10 minutes, the car started to smell like smoke, loud sounds coming from one side. we hadn’t arrived home yet we had to turn around and bring the car back. This is the worst car shops I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with. From the start their costumer service was horrible. Very rude over the phone and through text. Elite Motors will not respond to you for days. They gave us a vehicle promising great condition. A few weeks later we find an oil leak. Elite Motors would not do the repair so I brought it to my trusted mechanics. After taking off the oil pan my mechanic showed me that the entire bottom frame was rusted out and about to give.
