There is nothing ELITE about this dealership, more like Garbage motors LLC. We spoke with a saleswoman, Irene, about looking at a vehicle. She told us to come Friday to test drive the vehicle “because they didn’t have the title yet, so it technically couldn’t be test driven until Friday.” My husband headed up to Yakima from tri cities with a trailer to bring the car home on, should have been a slam dunk sale. Love this dealership! Irene got me a sweet deal and they were able to expedite my DOL paperwork so I didn't have to go out of state with a temp tag. I was coming from Spokane and they waited over an hour after close for me to show up and purchase my vehicle. They also have an awesome referral bonus program - this is the place you want to buy your next car from for sure.

Will not be going back I live in oregon so they brought the car to me they told me tires were new but they had wires showing they were fighting on paying for tires to make it street safe. The mileage was 10,000 off of what they advertised the list goes on what they said was good on the car later to find out its not terrible customer service. I just got my plate they registered it in Washington instead of paying the extra and registering it to oregon the owners are shady and do not care about their customers

This is the worst dealership ever to deal with my temp tags have been expired for a month and have been trying to get them toget me my registration and they won't answer my calls or texts the worst dealership ever
