Rented a Polaris slingshot online for 10am today. This place was abandoned when we arrived. No answer when I called. Received a call at 12:30 indicating we were at the wrong location and given a different address than listed here. Tried to cancel due to their negligence they refused due to a booking policy that was never emailed to me. I'd recommend steering clear of this place. This is the first time that we rented one and we finally did it! This place was flawless from start to finish. Great customer service and great experience! Sorry I didn’t grab the name today but she made the process simple. The vehicle did its job and we had a great time. We will be back and this is the place to go.
I Will come back here again. The cars are super clean run perfect! Faith helped me book my reservation and set me up once i arrived very polite. We were able to drive down to red rock and explore vegas. Best experience
