Lindsay Darnell is amazing, best worker in the building and she will work with you over anything on your mind without judging you. Sadly our time was cut short but amazing person / therapist inside and out and very professional. 🫂 i reccomend her to anybody reaching out in a dark spot.

Only had about three appointments with my therapist. On the day of my last appointment my therapist contacted me saying he was sick and asked my availability so he could send some suggested times. After sending my availability I never heard back. It has been three weeks with no one reaching out to get me rescheduled. I am now on the hunt for a new therapy place.

I like the providers there but I shouldn’t have to contact the Therapist to let them know that I have an appointment with them. They keep missing my appointments because nobody notifies them that I’m a new patient. They rely on the technology to notify them but it doesn’t seem to work. Nice place but I think I’m done with looking for help because of all the problems I had with therapy. I doubt anyone looks at the portal for messages too so don’t rely on it. Ellie Mental Health is led the outstanding Dr. Susan Taylor, an exceptional clinic director who, despite her busy schedule, always goes out of her way to make you feel valued. She was one of the few clinicians in Oakland County willing to support my research, and it truly paid off. There’s no doubt that her core values of care and support are fundamental principles reflected throughout Ellie Mental Health! I definitely recommend!
