Very poor after sales service, bought a Lexus with no spare wheel was promised new one would be ordered and sent to me never happened, after lots of calls about this they no longer answer the phone now. Would not buy another car from them as also the car i bought has faults that would not of passed the MOT the car seams to have on it. Very poor company in my opinion would avoid at all costs.
Brought a car in June told me everything is fine with it within 1 day the car stopped working told them to give me a refund but they got rude and won’t give me a refund they said they will fix it took over 1 month to fix it and it still broke down I have lost a lot of money cuz of this company! Please don’t buy from them they help less and rude. Will sell you the wrong cars.

Bought a lux rx 450 f support model two months ago from elite motor i didn't think it would be appropriate to express my opinion at the time i bought the car but i have been driving this car for two months now. The car has not had any problems and I am enjoying driving the car a lot. customer service is excellent. many thanks guys sorry for the late review for you. It's quite a big engine 3.5 fuel consumption is bit high but overall Lexus RX 450 F sport 2012 is proper SUV. My kids love this new car.
