0 professionalism. I've called them that I am interested in a car, we arranged an appointment to view it. That day I headed to their location which was 1.5h away, after 30 min driving I called to let them know that I will be few minutes late, when they told me that the car is sold and that is not their responsibility to call me and let me know that the car is not available anymore. Purchased a Honda Accord type S 18/01/25. Car was as described and once checked over, turned out to be better than expected. Drove 3 and a quarter hours home and purred all the way. Four days and 500 miles have past , no issues. For me the buying experience was sound. Of course it is a roulette buying second hand vehicles , even with knowledge. Very poor after sales service, bought a Lexus with no spare wheel was promised new one would be ordered and sent to me never happened, after lots of calls about this they no longer answer the phone now. Would not buy another car from them as also the car i bought has faults that would not of passed the MOT the car seams to have on it. Very poor company in my opinion would avoid at all costs.
