I had a home inspection done by Elite Mold services and I am so grateful I found them. Eduardo was so kind and professional. He took time to explain what things meant during the inspection process and answered all of my questions. I had my results within two days. I would recommend them to anyone!
While the service was great, I don't think it needed to be as expensive as it was. Daniel was very professional, on time, and communicated the whole process to allow me to understand the mold predicament we had. If you're tight on money, you may want to shop around as this was expensive. But the testing did provide a detailed report to send to insurance and mold remediation companies.
Daniel came to our home to check air quality and mold, he was very informative about moisture areas and possibly areas of mold. Luckily our air quality was not an issue and this made me feel safer about my home. We were very happy about the service.
Eduarco was amazing at diagnosing my apartment for mold exposure. He had my report sent to me via email in about 24h which also included the air sample and swap sample test results.
