We were so pleased with the experience we had with Elite Mold Services. Edwardo came to our home in Lakeland and was so knowledgeable and pleasant. He explained everything to us and answered all our questions. He told us when he left that if we had any questions to call him anytime. When I got my report I had some questions and called him. Derek was so helpful- walking us through the process and ensuring we understood the report received. Incredibly impressed by the great customer service and quick turnaround of results and necessary next steps. Would call them again in a heartbeat but hopefully will never need to lol.
