My appointment was for 9:00, he arrived at 10:20. I have a 2022 Ram with a Thor conversion. It has mechanical controller issues that he was not at all familiar with. He's a good guy and tried hard, might have fixed everything but I chose to ditch my $100 service call fee and take it to a dealership that's familiar with my rv.

Zach helped me out of a situation after I sliced my hand trying to replace the vent fan in my RV. He worked super fast to get it done the day after I called him & was so reasonably priced I that I had to give him a tip. Thanks so much for your assistance with the RV vent replacement!

Zachary, the owner-operator, diagnosed the probable solution to my hot water issue over the phone-- the need for a new control board-- and volunteered to order that part so he would have it with him when he showed up. He was knowledgeable and efficient, getting it fixed in less than 30 minutes. It was a pleasure to do business with him. Without hesitation, I recommend him.
