Danny and Jesse were very professional and personable. Elite kept me in the loop on timing and were very understanding when I had to cancel one day. We still need to address the part and repair now that it has been looked at but they cleaned the black tank and monitored the situation. I highly recommend them.
Daniel with Elite Mobile RV Repair and service finally got me taken care of today. From the start, he listened with intention to the problem I was having with my RV plumbing. He took the time and extra effort to make sure he found the leaks that had not been fixed before. This place was great when I used them a couple years ago for a slide-out issue on my motorhome. Gino was amazing took his time, explained everything, even covered my deductible. I scheduled an appointment recently and requested him as a tech. Received a younger gentleman, which seemed like he didn’t really know his way around my vehicle. Amazing experience by the whole team here!! They will be mine and my family’s go to for all rv repairs from now on. I called them after waiting all day for another company to come out and fix some issues on my RV and they never showed up. So, I explained the situation to them and they didn’t hesitate to get me on their schedule after hours.
