This morning I called Elite Mercedes to get a quote on shocks for my Mercedes. Ray Answered and said he could not give me a quote on shocks unless he could look at the car. I explained that I just had a total knee replacement and it is hard for me to drive the car back and forth, and asked for a ballpark quote. He said he could not, I would need to bring it down.
