The employee's are very nice and attentive, as for their ambulances if you want to call them that , they flat out suck , you feel every bump cursing through your body , I was waiting for pieces of the vehice to fall apart, it's a cargo van and that's that , your a package being sent from one facility to another , they use the sprinter vans to save fuel and don't give a dam about the patient or how uncomfortable you are ,
This company is nasty! And when I call this morning they told me only driver will pick me up! They had others in car sick no masks I don't want to get sick! But the smell in that van was bad! I will pass not for me
I had to be transported from work and none of the equipment in the ambulance were working so thank god it was not an actual emergency because I would be 6ft underground. But I still have to pay an arm and leg due to their base rate. Making sure my employer never uses their services again.
