HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE JUST AWFUL
Vile place. First they instituted a policy stating that medication refill requires a monthly appointments, even though the Law pursuant to R.I. Gen. Laws § 21-28-3.18 and 2025-H 5866B allows Doctors to write up to three separate 30-day prescriptions before seeking appointments discretionary every 3 to 6 months. I did not even bother to call out the money grab and found a new PCP. Now Elite Medical is refusing to release my medical records to the new PCP even though i signed a HIPAA release ordering them to. I cannot recommend Dr. Grace (Oluseyi) enough. After being her patient for over 10 years, I can confidently say she is an outstanding healthcare provider. She creates a genuinely caring and supportive environment. Even the clinic space itself is beautiful and welcoming. What sets her apart is her ability to listen without rushing and her unwavering empathy. She makes you feel heard, understood, and truly cares about your well-being. She is a dedicated and compassionate physician.
I recently went for my first appointment, but unfortunately, I wasn’t seen because they didn’t have my records from my previous PCP. What’s frustrating is that it was never communicated to me that I needed to have my records before seeing the doctor. If I had known, I wouldn’t have booked the appointment, because it’s honestly ridiculous to require records before meeting with a doctor. I have been a patient at this office for almost two years, and I must say they have made me feel so welcomed. Staffing is amazing plus Dr Oluseyi thank you for all the help and advice.
