My father had an urgent dermatology appointment which we were unable to take him to as he needed to be transferred from his nursing home to the clinic in a wheelchair. They refused to take him in his own wheelchair because it had not been crash tested. The nursing home then transferred my dad in to a chair that had been crashed tested which other residents had used. Absolutely outstanding support and transport! We are incredibly grateful to all at Elite Medical for their compassion and professionalism while helping our daughter return home safely after surgery.
There drivers need driver training especially and older grey haired guy with a foreign accent as hes dangerous and collided with my vehicle due to aggresive and wreckless behaviour in traffic and used his van to push my vehicle out of his lane and then denied knowing anything, I certainly wouldnt want any patients put into danger by getting into the any Vehicle driven by this company .
Many thanks to Xavier and Tom for their kindness and understanding in carrying my wife down our house staircase and getting her safely to and back from her hospital appointment this week. A couple of great guys....a credit to your service.
