Had an AC condenser issue on my older unit and was taken care of promptly and Eliot did a great job and had one on hand and repaired the same day. He did an excellent job at a pivotal time and has it back in shape. Extremely happy with the fast and courteous service from the office and Eliot at a time where it’s hot and humid and they made sure I was taken care of, and I couldn’t be more pleased. Keep your receipts. Multiple times now these guys have tried saying we didn't pay and we had to dig up the receipt. They charged us $300 up front to clean a drain then added an additional $100 charge afterwards with no explanation.

Very grateful for Elite. Temperature control is critical to our biotech company, so when the AC went out on a 90+ degree day, prompt service was critical and Elite was here right away. Their technicians didn’t leave until we had AC and then worked to correct an issue with the equipment that no one else has been able to. I highly recommend them and their team.
