Worst case scenario. Woke up last Thanksgiving morning to a cold house. Furnace had died and it was a holiday. Weather was warm enough and our fireplace got us by. Called Elite the next day, their service guy got the furnace working and shortly after, we had a new HVAC system. We had them replace our toilets just recently also. Staff in the store and the service guys are always friendly, and professional. Very knowledgeable on the available efficiency rebates to make projects more affordable. We have used Elite Mechanical for our hot water heater, and our furnace AC. The customer service from Elite Mechanical is beyond stellar. They should teach classes on customer service to other companies. They are personable, kind, prompt, thorough, and go way above and beyond the call of duty on everything they do. We would give them 25 stars if it was possible.

Thank you for installing the water heater, but seriously? Didn’t seem to bother getting the hanger out of the way. Or cleaning up after themselves!

Last week one of our pipes leading to our water softener started leaking. We called Elite and they sent Quentin within the hour and he quickly fixed it. We have had no issues. Wonderful service and wonderful technician. Thank you!!!!!

I called them to get my dryer fixed they said all the panel control and the thermostat didn’t work so they had to charge over $900 to get it done!!! Crazy right then I went another place for other option in fairmont they got fixed for just $75!!! Just needed the moisture sensors done!!! CRAZY AND EXPENSIVE
