We first hired Eli in 2021 to install a mini-split system—three heads and one condenser—which has worked great. In 2025, our tenant noticed a performance issue. Eli came out, quickly diagnosed and fixed it at no charge. While he was there, he also moved the condenser off the wall and onto the ground, which turned out to be a better setup for us. I had a fantastic experience with Eli and his team at Elite Mechanical. They recently installed a new HVAC unit in my home, along with units for two of my neighbors. All of us were extremely satisfied with the quality of work. Eli was professional, punctual, and communicated clearly throughout the process. His crew was respectful, detail-oriented, and left the space clean. Their pricing was also far more reasonable than bigger companies. I felt confident and supported the entire time—I HIGHLY recommend them.
Joe came by our business to see what we needed in terms of the work required, and had us set up on their schedule the following week. The maintenance tech was professional and a good communicator. Both beer coolers were fixed and also a thermostat was added in a different location to keep it from freezing up again. He also gave us some preventive maintenance tips. Our beer is back in the mid 30's where it should be so great job well done!
Elias is so passionate about what he does. I was absolutely thrilled with the level of professionalism and that someone's word and hand shake still means something. I will never call anyone else for my hvac needs.
