Attended my suite during a group building heat pump maintenance yesterday and ended up causing damage to it. The maintenance technician vacuumed everything (and even sucked in a washer) and then threw a lot of water into my drip pan and against the chassis. He then sprayed the chassis with some solution. I contacted them this morning at 9 am and they were able to send someone by noon to fix my heat pump HVAC unit. They found the issue was a missing connecting wire to the thermostat, despite numerous other contractors telling me I needed a full replacement. This only cost me an hour of labour time! Great service and extremely thorough in his inspection and testing that lead to the fix needed. I would highly recommend this company.
Our condo heat stopped working and we were referred to Elite Mechanical Services. Brent is amazing, punctual and very caring. He managed to come visit our place during his busy schedule understanding the urgency in needing our heat back on and his work is top notch.
