Our condo heat stopped working and we were referred to Elite Mechanical Services. Brent is amazing, punctual and very caring. He managed to come visit our place during his busy schedule understanding the urgency in needing our heat back on and his work is top notch.
Brent was awesome. He was quick in replacing parts of my HVAC, helped me out a ton and whatever time he said he would be here he was right on the dot. Not to mention he was super nice to my dog and great to chat with. Will be recommending to anyone in need.
Our HVAC unit in our 20+ year old condo had broken down, and Elite Mechanical was able to come fix it quickly and had great prices compared to competitors. Brent was great - incredibly friendly and professional. He was really patient and kind with our dog who was afraid of the tools/noise which is highly appreciated. Highly recommend!
I’m a condo owner and landlord, my experience with Brent and Elite Mechanical Services was fantastic! I was able to book a next day appointment for my condo A/C unit that was not working. Brent was on time, professional, very friendly and as importantly had my A/C unit working in less than 30 minutes! I will be using their services again in the future!
