Chef Daniel prepared the most amazing 5 course dinner for my family and I. Everything we ate was incredible and included high quality local ingredients. The beef tenderloin was the star. Emily was the perfect bartender and made the best cocktails we had on our trip. My entire family and I said this was the highlight of our trip.

What an incredible dinner experience for our first night of a big family vacation in Maui. We had the Italian menu - arancini, bruschetta on homemade focaccia, wagyu bolognese with handmade fettuccini, and molten chocolate cakes. WOW. Every bite was perfect.
