What an incredible dinner experience for our first night of a big family vacation in Maui. We had the Italian menu - arancini, bruschetta on homemade focaccia, wagyu bolognese with handmade fettuccini, and molten chocolate cakes. WOW. Every bite was perfect. We had the pleasure of hiring Chef Daniel Lipson to cook a private dinner for our group in Nāpili, and it was a true highlight of our trip. Daniel was attentive and easy to work with, customizing the entire menu around our group’s needs without any of it feeling complicated. Everything was made from scratch and absolutely delicious. This is one of the most amazing things we have ever experienced. Chef Daniel was so down to earth and professional. The food was absolutely incredible. Presentation and quality was outstanding. What a fun evening for all.
We had a wonderful experience with Chef Daniel at our villa! The food was one of the best meals i have had in a while and the service from Christina was just as wonderful! If I am ever back in Maui, I will definitely be having another meal!
