Chef Daniel prepared a delicious family meal for our party of 8 on my 60th Birthday. It was the highlight of our stay on Maui. We enjoyed every course which included plentiful appetizers, delicious salad, short rib entree, and lava cake desert. See menu enclosed! We felt like royalty while our kitchen carried the most delicious smells of fresh organic food being cooked and served in our Wailea kitchen. Our experience with Chef Daniel was exceptional from start to finish. This was the best meal we had in Maui! The collaboration in planning, service, presentation and food were all spectacular and we can’t wait to do it again!
