Great service from parts dept. These guys responded with the pricing and info needed later the same day even though they were short-handed that particular day. Shout-out to Derek, Nathan, and Pedro. These guys are also very knowledgeable of the various older and newer gens of Komatsu and Doosan trucks. They are very professional and help out for our business needs when we need it most. Bought a couple forklifts from these people and used to get all of my propane from them as well please be careful and watch your billing guys because they have tried to get me more than once and now that I'm not doing business within anymore they're trying to charge me money that I don't owe. Had two other experiences with them like this and they fix their "mistakes" but now they're trying to charge me for things that one should have been covered under warranty and two that I don't owe! Be very careful
