She took the time to help me better understand not only the sources of my discomfort, but also what I can do to address them moving forward. You feel like more than a just a client at Elite Injury Rehab - this is a space where you are truly heard, supported, and cared for.

I’ve had 100’s, possibly even 1000’s of massages in my lifetime. Nick was offering free massages after a 5 K race I attended and in 5 minutes or less, I knew he was intuitively finding exactly where my body needed work. My husband and I were so impressed we’ve already scheduled our next massages at Elite Massage and Injury Rehab.

I have some leg and hip pain from aging and hiking, as well as upper back and neck stress from working in a stressful office environment and I am now on a monthly massage schedule with Roman to keep that in check. Along with my stretches the regular massage is an absolute must to keep me active and feeling well. I highly recommend Elite Massage, including Roman, Grace and Brittany. They are the best massage and wellness group in Colorado!

I had a session with Grace and really enjoyed the experience. She clearly loves what she does and is very attentive and knowledgeable. It was more than a regular massage—it was a problem-solving and educational experience, without forcing or pushing the body beyond its capacity. It’s not easy to find this kind of approach in a massage therapist, and I really appreciated it.
