Professional, knowledgeable, honest, overall wonderful.
Elite Marine did a wonderful job on my tritoon. I bought a used tritoon a few years ago and it would not turn over 4600 rpm. Elite diagnosed the problem and now it will turn 5900 rpm and top speed has gone from 24 mph to 35 mph! Since I have no trailer they also picked up my barge and delivered it back and cleaned the toons also!
These guys are awesome. Went above and beyond (after 5PM on a Friday) to help me get back on the water for a fishing tournament. I was in a real tight spot, and even though they didn’t have the part I needed, they helped me diagnose the problem and called multiple other shops to help fix the problem. I highly recommend Elite Marine, and I’ll be back for any future marine service needs.
We were SO THANKFUL for Elite coming to rescue us on Lake Ouachita Thursday! Our boat died in the middle of the lake and there was NOBODY out on the lake that day to give us a pull back to shore. The young man from Elite came super quickly and was so friendly and helpful! He actually trusted us just to give him my email to send me an invoice later, because who has tons of cash with them out on the boat, right? We couldn't have asked for better service ☺️
