I ask for quotation and after 1 hour looking my unit Rob said pressure pump was leaking and must be replaced at usd 2450 + labor. I did not accept his diagnostic and sent the pump to repair with Proline Equipment inc. and the pump was with 100% pressure, like new, grease cap open... I spent usd 150 for the oil change and checks with Proline. I recently had the pleasure of working with Rob from Elite Marine Yachts A/C to service our water maker and water softener, and I am thoroughly impressed with his professionalism and dedication to his work. Rob's assistance was invaluable, and I am delighted to share my positive experience with others. He consistently answered our calls promptly and was always punctual for appointments. Moreover, Rob's pleasant demeanor and friendly attitude made the entire service experience a pleasure.
Id not recommend using this company one because if you say anything about something they do wrong your the worst person in the world not to mention be ware that you have no idea what kind of people work here.
I captained a boat to florida in November and needed service on the water filtration system on the vessel. I found Elite Marine on Google. I put in a request for service on their website. Within minutes I received acknowledgement of my request and a live technician called the same day and was on the job within a few days. The technician called from the boat saying everything is working great. He also shared a video on how to prime new filters when I replaced them next year. This was above and beyond!
The best marine a.c company around. Knowledgeable, professional friendly excellent customer service, parts always seem to be in stock making the repairs 10x faster than others. My go to a.c company for all the vessels I manage
