I just called Elite Marble and Stone in an attempt to get a quote for kitchen countertops, and as a Trojan, thought it'd be nice to support a small local business. There was an issue where whoever answered the phone @ Elite couldn't hear me initially, so they said "why don't you start off by getting a better phone" and then hung up on me. Bud, I don't control cellphone towers... You just lost $5k in business because you're being a jerk.
The team was amazing! They were quick to respond, and George was always just a text or call away. From start (initial conversations) to finish (installation) it only took under 2 weeks. Would highly recommend.
