Zero stars for a company who makes up the rules as they go along. I unfortunately rented an otherwise nice place in an otherwise nice neighborhood, only to find it run by the local Paul Blart Gestapo. I work as a paralegal, and legal documents are what I do - for a living. The clowns running this establishment continuously either ignore the bylaws of the housing association or just make them up as they please.
