Great Service – Great service and a great bunch of Lady's. They come in clean and when they are done it's unbelievable the job they do. We will use again because, this is best cleaning sevice we have ever used . Keep up the great service.
Service Going Downhill – I used Elite Maids for several years without any problems. But, three times in the last year, I had to call them back out to my residence to clean areas they missed. Most recently, I contracted with them to clean my vacant rental home. I was shocked at how much dust and dirt was left behind. I spent over an hour cleaning the plantation blinds, cabinets, fan blades, kitchen shelves and overhead door frames and doors. We guarantee all our cleans 100%- There are no refunds. We'll come the next day to redo any area of concern. I was told the Customer did it that night and she only wanted to pay $50.00. I sent 4 maids out to clean and the charge was 120.00. I also gave her a deal, without her knowing about it. We clean the cutomers house for over 2 years and this was a Rental home that needed more work than I was told. I will do anything possble to make all my Customers happy!

Great Job! – Very professional and thorough. The team did exactly what I was told would be done.They washed all my woodwork and made it look almost new again! The equipment they brought -wow-they didn't need anything from me! I will set up regular service with them.
