We are very happy with this care home for my mom and so is she. Harpreet is a competent and capable manager who is empathetic Mom’s needs and any questions or concerns I have. Staff are friendly and welcoming and I appreciate how easy it is to come and go for frequent visits. The Home staff are excellent at frequent communication with family and response time is very good. My mother could not be in better hands. She's 88 with moderate alzheimers. She also recently lost her husband. The staff are super compassionate and caring.
They have provided excellent care for my grandma. They take the time to send photos and updates. The food always looks great. I am comforted knowing my grandma is well looked after.
They go around touching other people stuff leaving litter everywhere. I don't park anywhere near here, but I keep finding there "don't park on public streets near us, we own that" flyers all over the place. Really makes ya think, if they treat neighbors like that, how do they treat the residents?
Mom was in a place that claimed they would give her the care and assistance she needed, and we were paying extra for it, but it was not happening. After looking at several other care homes a year ago, our search ended with speaking to Harpreet. Her professionalism, kindness, and diligence, set Elite Living Care Home apart from all the others.
