Always excellent service, another vacation down with a positive experience both to and from the airport.
Elite Limousine filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy on Aug, 29. 2023. They did not pay drivers for over 1 month but paid dispatch staff to keep the drivers working. Kept telling drivers there's a "glitch" with the bank processing payments. So they have over 1 month's pay for hundreds of drivers, all that money in their pocket!!
I was advised by a co-worker to use this car service and I work for a very well-known Financial firm in New York city. Suffice it to say use them at your own peril. There was no confirmation email sent about the car I booked and when I called the next day they had no record of it. So I rebooked everything and the day the car was supposed to arrive I found out that they had to pick up time 6 hours late! That was called an honest mistake. They are screwing drivers left and right no work you can barely make $200 net and they take 35% commission from drivers once the job is done it feels like they took half your money
