Purchased a new Hustler sdx from Darrin. After having 7.5 hours on it found out zero turns dont work well on hills. I was never told this by Darrin. Tensioner spring broke after 7 hours. Darrin gladly replaced it. When I went to pickup the spring I asked what the return policy was, he said they don't take the mowers back. Then called and left a message asking if they would help resell the mower (I knew i would loose alot of money, but ) Darrin never returned my call. Terrible customer service!!!!!
