Incredibly frustrating experience. I paid a 50% deposit for landscaping that never happened. After missing the first scheduled date in June and failing to communicate, Elite Lawns’ delay forced us to postpone the time-sensitive project by two months. As the new date approached, I still couldn’t get a clear schedule. When I asked for a refund, communication stopped almost entirely. After sending nearly 20 messages over several weeks, I ultimately had to dispute the charge through my bank to recover my money.

We hired Elite Lawns in November for permanent lights. They initially looked great and were a good price. They didn’t finish a section of our house for about a month, but we understood they were busy and did not pester them. However, not long after they did finish in December, the battery packs on both sides of our house fell off the underside of the roof and kept disconnecting our lights.
